About Us

Founded in 1995, SafePath Laboratories, LLC. is privately held by Dave Lambillotte, Ann Marie Martin and Christopher Lambillotte. Our tightknit group of dedicated professionals has worked together for many years and function well as a team, each bringing their own unique experiences and education to the table. Our Upper Management team is comprised of the following members:

Dave Lambillotte, Chief Executive Officer/President

Founder and President of SafePath. Dave has over 30 years’ experience in the in vitro diagnostics industry. Dave has a BS degree in Microbiology from Cal Poly Pomona and a Masters in Business from University of San Diego. Dave remains active in new products development with the company.

Ann Marie Martin, Chief Financial Officer/Vice President

Ann Marie has over 30 years’ experience in project management, finance, manufacturing and customer service. Ann Marie has a BA in Business Administration from Redlands University. Ann Marie brings with her experiences from working at larger Biotech companies in San Diego. Ann Marie also serves on the Development Board of Hubbs-Sea World Research Institute.

Christopher Lambillotte, Chief Operations Officer/VP of Business Development

A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, with a BS in Chemistry, Chris has worked in the Biotech Industry since 2001. Chris oversees the entire operation including Production, R&D, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Additionally, he is focused on expanding the current business as well as seeking out new opportunities for growth.

Jeran Nanthakumar, Research & Development Manager

With a BS in Biology from Francis Marion University, Jeran has held a variety of positions in the Biotech Industry ranging from manufacturing to R&D. Jeran has led several successful projects through conception to product transfer, and is experienced with both FDA 21 CFR and USDA 9 CFR design controls. He remains passionate about developing quality products, and will work hard to ensure that all customer needs are met.

Diana Trujillo, Production Manager

Diana has over 10 years’ experience within the Biotech Industry, holding roles in logistics, manufacturing, R&D and production. Joining the company in 2011 and now serving as Production Manager, Diana helps to bridge the gap from R&D to Production during Design Transfer, as well as oversees the manufacturing team. She also continuously looks for ways to streamline the entire production process, while maintaining adherence to FDA, USDA and ISO guidelines.

Diego Orozco, Quality Control Manager

Diego has a BS in Biology from the University of the Pacific and has 15 years of Laboratory experience. His experience is focused mainly in manufacturing and quality control. He has been working for IVD Research for over 10 years in a variety of positions. In his current role as QC Manager, he ensures that every product meets not only the USDA and FDA regulations, but the highest possible levels of quality before being released to the market.

Our vision for the future of SafePath Laboratories, LLC. is to continue to grow upon our existing product offerings, as well as enter into new markets around the globe by expanding on our already comprehensive quality systems. In addition to holding a USDA veterinary biologics establishment license, SafePath’s facility is registered by the California and Federal FDA and follows cGMP. Our excellent team of professionals and solid infrastructure, along with our current and future customers around the world, will guarantee a bright and long lasting future for SafePath Laboratories, LLC.
